Returns
At Pawraaj, we strive to deliver premium quality pet nutrition with every order. Due to the consumable nature of pet food products, we do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The package is completely sealed and unused
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds may be denied if:
- The product has been opened or consumed
- Damage is caused after delivery
- The request is made after the allowed timeframe
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
